Our Philosophy

A meaningful turning point in therapy often emerges when you begin to recognize and embrace your most authentic self. At Orchard Counseling & Consulting, we believe you already hold the capacity for growth and change. Our role is to walk alongside you—helping you understand your experiences, navigate your symptoms with greater clarity, and create pathways toward the life and relationships you want.

Who we serve

Our clinicians have extensive experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, intimate partnerships, and families. We approach every client systemically, honoring the complex web of relationships, environments, and identities that shape each person’s story. This allows us to see challenges within their broader context and collaborate with you on solutions that are both compassionate and practical.

We are committed to serving all individuals, relationships, and families in a safe, secure, and affirming manner. Our practice values diversity in all its forms, including differences in race, ethnicity, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship structure, ability, and lived experience. Every client is welcomed as they are and supported with dignity.

Orchard Counseling & Consulting is also a teaching practice dedicated to training the next generation of Marriage and Family Therapists. Under supervision, MFT trainees and associates work within our supportive environment to provide thoughtful, ethical, and research-informed care.
