Kelly Dominic, IMFT-S

Welcome. Kelly founded this practice with a clear commitment: to offer an inclusive, affirming space where every person and every relationship can be seen, supported, and understood. Her work spans individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, honoring the full spectrum of identities, lived experiences, and relationship structures.

Kelly is a trauma-informed therapist who works with people from all backgrounds and specializes in high-conflict couples, therapy for both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships—including polyamory—and supporting couples who have experienced disconnection for a variety of reasons. She also has extensive experience working with first responders and their families, military populations, and clients navigating the high stress demands of corporate environments. Additionally, she has expertise in supporting women navigating the mental health challenges associated with menopause.

Whether someone is seeking guidance through a challenging transition, navigating a long-endured mental health experience, working through relationship challenges, or looking for a therapist who will genuinely affirm who they are, this practice was created with them in mind. Kelly’s goal is to provide a therapeutic environment grounded in respect, curiosity, and evidence-based care, where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and heal.

She is dedicated to meeting each client exactly where they are and walking with them toward where they want to be.

Courtney Gossel, MFT

Courtney is a Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Relationship & Life Coach with over six years of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most challenging seasons. She has a strong passion for working with women and individuals navigating relational distress, identity shifts, trauma, and the emotional impact of addiction — both personal and within intimate relationships.

A core focus of Courtney’s work is empowerment. She helps clients reconnect with their sense of self, build confidence, and discover purpose beyond their relationships, particularly when patterns of codependency, attachment wounds, or people-pleasing have taken hold. Her work supports individuals in breaking unhealthy cycles, strengthening boundaries, and cultivating a grounded sense of self-worth and autonomy.

In her work with couples, Courtney specializes in helping partners navigate communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, trust injuries, and the ripple effects of addiction, trauma, and attachment dynamics within the relationship. She supports couples in developing healthier patterns, deeper emotional understanding, and more secure, connected bonds while honoring each partner’s individual growth within the relationship.

Courtney’s therapeutic style is collaborative, relational, and deeply compassionate, drawing from humanistic, systemic, and attachment-based frameworks. She believes healing happens through understanding, connection, and learning how to trust yourself again — especially after experiences that have left you feeling disconnected or lost.
